I didn't like paying to park, and $100 a day hold on you card was a bit much. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

I flew in to Atlanta. So with no car, I used Marta. The #5 bus stop is almost in front of the hotel. I got a 7 day Breeze card at the Airport Marta station and learned to take Marta to the Lindbergh station. Then from there take the #5 bus to the bus stop across from the hotel. This made getting around easier. A person could pay the $2.50 one way bus fare from the hotel to Lindbergh station and then get a pass. If a person walked by the bus stop and crossed Peachtree Rd then went right a little bit, there is the #110 bus stop. It takes you to the Buckhead Marta station, Lenox Square with a Cheesecake Factory, Phipps Plaza with a movie theater, and many stores or restaurants to choose from. Also liked the fact that there was a Publix easy to walk to.

My stay was very good and the staff were very friendly. When I check in the service desk guy was very helpful. He change my room and it was so nice, but I didn't care for the bed cause the bed was not conforabilek and it was hurting my back. The breakfast was good also. I did had a nice time and thanks to the housekeepers for keeping my room clean for me.

Excellent stay with two minor exceptions. Room 717 (& I assume other rooms) has lamp shade that are so large that I bumped my head getting in and out of bed. The toilet was right sized for a child. Austin at the desk is awesome!

It was a sudden trip due to a death in the family. My laptop was at the camp and not available to accompany me. There was no business center or computer available for me to use. That is not acceptable. I ultimately was able to walk to the Hilton Garden Inn and use their business computer, but their printer didn't work.

Front desk was lacking any kind of coherent explanation of check in process and on how to park. The car park was full and the attendant on front desk could not easily explain how to enter the overflow car park. He could not help me with the process because my phone was an android and not an i phone!

Not really sure how to go about this because i don’t normally complain but this incident from this property was very unprofessional. Had booked a king studio, with a city view and a wet bar. long story short, that wasn’t what i was given and hilton refused to refund me when i had spend 500$+ dollars for TWO nights. personally, i think its unacceptable because i use Hilton | hampton all the time and didn’t get what i paid for.
