I love staying at a Hampton. The amenities are usually great, and having to not plan for breakfast is wonderful. This Hampton is well-located, very walkable. We found that we didn't need to rent a car and when we wanted to venture further out, we got an Uber/Lyft. I'm guessing public transit was also an option.
They have a pool, the staff is nice, and I would definitely stay again.

Our room was not comfortable. We were on the 16th floor and heard the sound of running water most of the night. Hotel is not worth the price we paid for the night.

I ordered the hotel room and I was only there for a couple hours at the beginning of my day and ended up not going there at all and I had to go and pick up my luggage after checkout time two hours before that so I don’t really have much input besides that they were very nice And they worked with me because I was hours late for checkout

I have stayed here twice. Once for a convention. My stay was so pleasant that when I needed an overnight stay in Austin I booked again on my personal stay. Very convenient for walking and quiet enough for sleep. Parking is expensive $80

the facility and staff were fantastic BUT, the VALET parking needs to revisit their system and how they handle the customer's keys.
i had to wait for 1.5 hours for them to find my keys at checkout. They have a locked box/kiosk where the keys are kept which holds several hundreds of keys in no particularly kept order. the hooks are numbered but obviously do not correspond with the keys and the ticket.
at $60.00 a day, this is not acceptable.will not be returning to this location because of this.
