Some bathroom fixtures are old and rust stained. A light refresh of some inexpensive items would go a long way to make the place look well maintained. The staff was excellent. Friendly and professional. The breakfast area was clearly well maintained a it was spotless.

Chris was just awesome! I have stayed at this location a few time the staff is always fantastic and the hotel is always clean. That being said it’s time for the hotel to get a makeover it’s a lot of wear and tear.

Front doors locked on arrival. Got to room around midnight and sleep around 130am then 3 hours later someone opened room door banging it into lock then three more times. Then phone rang asking who we are and said no one was listed in the room. Thanks for the horrible sleep!

The elevators were not working during our stay. We were notified ahead of time and had an opportunity to cancel the reservation. Despite room being on the second floor, it was not a hardship. The cleanliness of the room, free breakfast and pleasant staff outweighed the inconvenience.

Stayed here for a short drive to Stockbridge. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We found the property extremely clean and the breakfast in the morning was a great perk!

Nice pool and breakfast. Exactly like my previous experiences at Hampton Inn except this was probably the the fewest people I've encountered when staying with this chain. It was very quiet. Had the pool to ourselves for an hour.

I was so impressed with this hotel. From checking in to the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the included breakfast - 10/10 highly recommend. We stayed here and visited Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health which is 10 min away. Can’t wait to come back!

A very clean and friendly place. Not fancy, but has everything you need. It is possible to walk to shopping areas next door. Love that it's dog friendly, and has both a gym and a pool.
