The hotel could have been good, but for the price, it was below its standard: I was afraid a piece of the bathroom ceiling would come down on my head, which was exacerbated by the incessant stomping of the persons above my room.
Again, for how much I paid, I would expect a little better insulation.

The hotel is nice but the room was frigid and it took us over 2 hours to get any help to fix the problem. This only happened at 11:30 pm and we hoped to get to sleep by 10 because we had an early event in the morning. We tried calling the front desk 3 xs but no answer. My husband went down twice to ask for help. The problem persisted after the first time, so a tech finally came at 11:30 and reprogrammed the thermostat. I was in bed with two blankets, a sweater and a scarf wrapped around my neck and head. Too exhausted today to forget about this lack of service.

Clean, welcoming, comfortable etc
But a cookie cutter hotel with no character.
A little noisy at the front with the trains and interstate.
A good place for doing things from. Good for Seattle, if you have a car.
