We loved everything about this property except (the reason for only 4 stars) for the poor quality of mattress and bedding. A little better comforter and duvet cover, and a much better mattress would make the stay a 5 for us. A good quality mattress when you’re getting older is very important. Thanks for everything, guys!!

The hotel itself is fairly dated inside and could use an update. It had snowed and then snowed again and the parking lot was never cleared well or de-iced at all, including right in front of the parking door to the hotel.
The continental breakfast was pretty terrible. The meat serving was only cooked well enough on Saturday when it was some sort of polish sausage or kielbasa the rest of the days it was grossly undercooked. Most of the other choices were just mediocre at best and not good enough quality.
The front desk manager Heather was very helpful though when it came to concerns or needs.

Very clean and fresh from the time you enter the lobby to our room. Even the elevator was clean and smelled fresh. Our room was typical queen, no frills. They could have water bottles in the room. And leave the little fridge on. We have left over restraunt food and putting it in a warm fridge doesnt work well.

We stayed here because we had a concert in Hopkins and didn’t wanna drive all the way back to where we live in the cities. We love that we know exactly what we’re gonna get with Hampton Inn. The breakfast was well stocked and good. Would stay here again.

I got stuck in the elevator. Breakfast was not great, no
coffee, and had to ask to have room cleaned, more towels, garbage dumped. Not impressed but good location.
