Overall this hotel is so good. My kids likes Waterpark. Breakfast was so good.

This hotel is not as new as some others in the area, but it was clean and good for a family with kids and a little less expensive. Our kids played in the water park for 2 hours each day- so money definitely well spent. The breakfast was pretty good for free hotel breakfast, and they also had some placements and crayons available for kids. We would stay again!

The hotel is under construction. We were on a first floor room and when we were trying to relax the noise upstairs from the construction would be very loud. We would have to leave the room. Also the room temp wouldn’t go down to 67 that we set it at. The lowest it would go was 70 and it was too warm.

We had a great stay. It was very local, kidfriendly. They are also prepared for nighttime snack attacks with a little store area. The kids loved to make their own waffles and loved the water park! Staff was super nice and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

We were able to check in early which was nice. There's mold on the bathroom door and the corners of the room are dirty. Other than that, very nice.

The staff were top tier! Friendly, responsive, and even remembered my husband's food allergies so he could have a safe breakfast (really important as a diabetic) without him asking after he inquired about ingredients on our first day.
Newly renovated king suite was spacious with a great layout. I just wish the showerhead was updated but that's pretty minor.

We had a great stay with our grandaughter! She’s 5 & l loved the water park. We also visited the Kahuna Laguna park down the road & she loved that! Hotel was comfortable & nice. Good bfast. Nice staff. Good outlet shopping nearby!

Got a good deal on a room here and they acutall upgraded us to a better room for no charge because the original room had an issue with the toilet, breakfast in the morning was a plus and they do have a variety of different things you could choose from.. overall i think this is a good place for a decent price

The hotel was good. Unfortunately, they put us on the 3rd floor and didn’t tell us they would be working so ealry in morning on the 4th floor conversion. We were there two nights and all 7 of us lost a couple hours sleep both mornings. The pool/slides were fun and staff was great.
