The noise from the hall and other rooms when the housekeeping was cleaning next door was not enjoyable at all. Maybe a note to have them clean other rooms that are away from guests first. I wish the walls were insulated better

Ms. Patricia at the front desk was absolutely, the best ever! She was as polite and extremely, helpful with suggestions for places to go in town.
Ms. Tammy at breakfast was also the best. I truly, enjoyed talking with her each morning. She put a smile on my face every time.
The elevator being broken was a bit of a downfall. It did take quite a while to get up/down.

Despite having issues checking in originally, the staff was really nice. Rooms were nice and clean and despite the fact that I was facing the busy road, there wasn't much road noise. Would stay here again.

We had a great experience. I worked in hotels for 25 years so I can be a little more picky and was happy with our stay. The room was clean and smelled good, the temperature was good although I’m not a fan of those window units. The staff was what stood out. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and friendly as well as the cleaning staff. We loved the look and the space and amenities. Overall great experience.
