Hampton Inn and Suites West Bend

Beautiful facility. The staff was warm and inviting. The breakfast was warm and well prepared. We would go back there again. Enjoyed our visit.

They could not provide me with a receipt for the night and said Hotels.com should have provided me one. They did not now I have no receipt.

Rooms were spacious, clean, however, the noise from other rooms. You can hear every door in the hallway slam closed all day and night from your room. The neighbors above runniny around. Overall a fine stay with clean rooms. If you don't mind noise. Im normally not one to mind. It got to a point of annoyance though.

Everything was good. We have stayed there twice and enjoyed each time. Very clean and very pleasant people that work there.

Rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. Lobby/breakfast sitting area could use some deeper cleaning. Food on the walls.

Very clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. And everything worked! Been to alot of places lately where basic things like doors, and toilets dont work.

Beds were comfy, room and facilities were clean, hot tub had great jets, continental breakfast and coffee started at 6:00! Pool hours were also nice and early.

The room was fine, but badly needs additional lighting - at least a ceiling fixture or decent floor lamp in the corner. The reading lamps on the table between the 2 queen beds were barely adequate for their purpose.

We like to stay here.

We spent Friday and Saturday night at the Hampton Inn. On Saturday, our toilet backed up. I went downstairs to report this and said I needed it fixed right away. The person at the check-in desk didn't seem to know how to handle it. I was downstairs for 5-10 minutes. When I went back to my room, I noticed the door was unlocked. When I went in, the person from the front desk said that it was merely slow running and that it would eventually all go down. From Saturday through Sunday when we left, we were unable to flush the toilet. I mentioned it to the front desk first thing Sunday morning and was told they didn't have anyone on staff to deal with it. Things like this should have been addressed immediately, even if they had to call in a plumber from the community
