Really surprised ! It’s very clear it’s not being kept up . The bathroom
Sink kept clogging , the shower pressure was terrible , housekeeping didn’t refill many of the materials for the room. Going to have to think twice before staying there again

My hotel door was broken and they had no other rooms, I had to leave the dead bolt open so the door didn’t close and lock us out. It took the staff almost an hour to break into the room for us while my son sat in the hallway with no shoes, wet swim shorts and no shirt.

My booking with Hotel.com did not show up in their system. I gave them the itentirary number that was provided. It did not work. The hotel had to call to get our reservation. Very inconvenient.
Also, pool was over chlorinated and irritaed all the kids skin
