Hampton Inn Lexington Park

Excellent service

Staff was lethargic , I repeatedly requested for the cleaning lady to provide me a second garbage can for our room. My request was ignored. The parking lot is shared with a car dealer next door. Very limited parking with vehicles strewn all over the lot. Staff need a class on politeness and customer service. You can tell they’re there only for a pay check. I’ll select another hotel in that area in the future.

The room was basic. The breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal and more.

Good for short stay

I was at this hotel for a swim meet. It was very convenient. They keep bottled water behind the front desk for guests. The coffee all day and free breakfast were also very convenient. There’s also a nice snack selection for purchase. Would def. stay here again.

Professional staff, very helpful and prompt

Yellow sheets, bugs in the bed, ac started to smell like smoke and was about to catch fire. Terrible room conditione and no service to clean room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and air conditioned. The pool was great.

The hotel itself was fine; it was clean and nice. Our particular room however, wasn't the best room we've stayed in. The air conditioner was working but it wasn't really blowing cold air. Of course this would be on a late night when it was 100 all day. So it was very uncomfortable humid in our room. I would have asked for a change of room but it was almost midnight and I had a sleeping child with me. Also, the door to the room wasn't closing without me having to lift it and practically slam it. I guess the hinge was coming loose off the frame? So aside from being uncomfortable humid and warm, the bed itself was comfortable. The couch was comfortable. The tv worked fine, it had a fridge and we took advantage of the breakfast offered in the morning. We would stay again but we would check in earlier to avoid this happening again. That way if something like this did happen, I wouldn't be exhausted to ask for a room change.

Serviced its purpose. Staff were friendly upon check in and check out. Breakfast was included but I didn’t want it at the time. Cleanliness was 4/5 as there were some hairs in the tub. Pool was enjoyable outside.

I feel like every time I stay here something in the room is broken. Floor tiles. Missing door in closet. Heat adjustment not working.

The staff was great. The property was older and needed some updating. The beds were so hard. I think this is a Hampton Inn change because so many Hamptons beds are now reslly hard

The window shade didn’t work in the room. If I wanted sunlight, I had to roll the curtain and prop it on something like the light shade. Also, bathroom door didn’t lock and front door never full shut properly! Came back to our room several times and door was cracked up!

Beds were Comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyed by our kids.

Easy check-in and checkout process, friendly staff. I will stay here again
