Incredibly pleased with our recent experience at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. really nice hotel very clean and new but be careful at night there is a lotta bums walking around since its close to the port authority. thays not on the hotel tho thats on the peiple who run nyc.

The staff was very friendly and they do AN AMAZING JOB with maintenance and housekeeping!!!!! When I say they are quick and respectful- I mean that in every sense of the words. The staff, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen workers were always smiling and really brought that energy to the space they were in. Would highly recommend :)

Property was fine. Just felt overtly secure, needed key pass for entry to the lobby, to the elevators of the main features– and that’s if you could get one. They’re slow and limited for such a busy location

Staff was courteous, room was clean (although there was a slight smell seeming to come from AC unit). Everything in the room worked well and it was surprisingly quiet for being so near Times Square. Free breakfast was good.
