As I said all the staff were friendly and had a sense of humour. The one person that madle our breakfast experience was Mara. Her scrambled eggs were to die for. She was such a lovely, positive person and deserves a wage increase! She was AMAZING!!!!!! E used the pool eveyda

My wife and I had a great stay. Breakfast was amazing, as usuall. We were about 6 minutes to downtown Mt. Dora, which is what we were visiting for. We are not fans of sliding bathroom doors with no locks, which is what most Hampton Inns have now.

The elevator was broken and we had to go up 3 flights of stairs. When It was our turn for Housekeeping, they left trash bins full and didn’t make one bed. The sheets were not replaced and were dirty. When we complained they said it was because there was a stuffed animal on it. The breakfast was worse than usual and they didn’t have waffles available. When we complained they said they would send an attendant the following day. It was not the usual Hampton inn experience and we have been to many! They just didn’t care at all.
