Hyatt Place is always a great stay. Location is a little older and beginning to show. But all in all still a great place and is pet friendly.
My only issue was that it took several minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to check us in.
That said, I will almost always choose Hyatt Place if one is available. I wish there were more locations.

It’s a nice hotel. We didn’t use the pool or eat breakfast. The check in desk could be lower and towels need to be replaced, kind of thin.

Disappointed by not knowing the pool was broke. Also our bedding had a HUGE stain on it. It was very disgusting. It was very noticeable and shouldn’t have even made it on the mattress

We get a room for my granddaughter’s birthday every year. We were so disappointed to get there and have the pool closed. I had reservations with no cancellation. No compensation was offered at all. I was very disappointed!

Nice stay. The room was mostly clean. Bathroom light fixture was a little dirty. Shower took a long time to get hot. Other than that, a generally enjoyable experience. Staff was terrific, no major concerns.

A 3 foot section of carpet appears to have been cleaned with bleach. The sink has cracks in it. The bathroom door is scratched up like a pet had been trying to get out. The AC is extremely loud. Not a Hampton/Hilton level property.

Staff nice…. Facility not kept up. Bathroom full of mold. Carpets dirty and smelled awful. Found pizza box under bed. No hot water day or night. Worst excuse for a Hampton Inn I have ever seen.

Need regular coffee or robust coffee instead of light coffee… drove down th McDonalds to get better coffee.
