Great location with nice views and dining a few steps away from the hotel!

Great location

Love the view to the lake, nice fountain and the muelle love it. Next to the holtel is a place where you can eat and they have a band . All will be perfect but to much trash averywhere

Outdated, and not enough lighting around the property to feel safe as a woman staying alone.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very polite. The hotel was in a good location.

The only bad part was the pools closed at dark and we were traveling with small children who wanted to swim but it was almost dark when we got there

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The only hotel I would stay in Palatka.

We were in town for funeral and they made us welcome and was very accommodating

Hotel was clean and room was comfortbale. Che ck in and check out process was a breeze.

My husband and I always stay here when we come through with our travels it's always clean and the breakfast is always wonderful

We stayed a Friday night for the Blue Crab Festival and had a very poor experience checking in. We were denied a second parking pass for my daughter who met us there. We drove 3 hours and she drove 2 hours only to be told firmly that they only allow 1 parking pass per room and she should park at the courthouse. We ended up having to rent another room so she could park in the lot with us without getting towed. It was a very expensive parking pass and this particular staff member was rude while training a new employee. She went out to the parking lot later with her flashlight to check the parking passes in the vehicles. It was a very traumatic experience. We could have made arrangements if we had known in advance of their parking rules for events.

I did like everything about the room especially the water view from the windows

This hotel was a gem siiting on the St Johns River with excellent views of the water. There was a festival going on in town that messed the traffic patterns and the front desk was able to give us clear directions to go around it. The breakfast was nice as well. I like to add that all of the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful property. Room.was clean. AC was cold. Staff was friendly. View was amazing! We went for the blue crab festival- the festival it self was a waste of time and over priced. 1 crab was 10.00! Hotel made the stay worth the drive.
