Hotel is clean with facilities of heated pool, small gym, laundry machines, and free hot drink. Within walking distance to subway station, restaurant, supermarket. Close to union station (train and bus) and also the museums at national mall. Recommended for family vacation.

First night, took a shower and shower gel bottle was empty. Ended up using the shampoo as shower gel. Three bottles attached to the wall, shower gel bottle was empty. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were properly filled.

Front desk person was completely inconsiderate and shrugged me off when I was asking a quick question. Very uninviting hotel which did not appear to be sufficiently clean, particularly for the price being charged.

The rooms were clean. Close to one of the bus stops for the hop on/ hop off buses i booked. Breakfast had many options. The elevator was slow come to the floor. Loved the afternoon cookies.

The front desk who did my check in wasn’t very nice. He was upset thay I checked in late like early in the morning, he said you should call us if you are coming late, I told him I sent an email telling I will checking in this time. He said there’s is a million email that they dont read..it’s not my problem if you have no time to read your emai. I was already there in front of him like be nice, we flew ffom San Ffancisco to New York and drove to Washington and all i can ser and hear is this kind of behavior. First of all, I paid for accommodation, it wasn’t free to get upset to me like he did. I hope this guy will be more empathetic and listen first especially if you are a front liner. Otherwise the room and location are not bad.

The property was well maintained and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were very good. My grandkids really liked the waffles. If there was one thing that needs improvement is that there was no fan in the bathroom in our room. With four people taking showers, things got pretty steamy. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our accommodations.
