Our first visit to Harbor View after coming several times to Mackinac Island. Harbor View is a beautiful place with helpful and attentive staff. Our family of five has a suite that fits us all very well even with three teenage boys.

We enjoyed our stay at the Harbor View very much. The rooms were great, and the setup for our family was perfect. The only thing I would change would be the breakfast. I would add more hot food items such as bacon or sausage and scrambled eggs.

A short walk from the ferry docks, it was an attactive set of buildings that fully lived up to our expectations. We had a great view of the harbor and short walks to all the main attractions in town.

Harbor View was a wonderful place to stay. Our room was great, spacious, the balcony was a great surprise, and do nice to be out on. Staff was super helpful and could answer all our questions.

Customer service was outstanding! Expedia had posted the room could sleep 5 when it only could sleep 4. Rather than having one of my children sleep on the floor, the desk services rep found us another room and gave us a wonderful discount! Expedia needs to do better. This was out of the Inn's control but they fixed it! The continental breakfast was delicious and a huge savings! Beautiful decor and the gardeners have created a beautiful environment to admire and relax in. The backyard courtyard is it's own oasis. Very tranquil. Housekeeping was over the top in cleanliness and very courteous. The porter was wonderful and double checked to make sure we had all we needed and that our bags were going to the right places. Terrific stay!

Beautiful hotel nice breakfast only neg is there are no open restaurants 4 min walk a lot uphill to Island House and 6 min to The Bistro at Mission Point. It was pretty hot walk better walking back after heat of day

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the pull-out couch mattress was pretty terrible even our 5 year old complained of how uncomfortable it was. The main bed was very comfortable at least.

Overall, it was a very beautiful hotel. Located away from busy downtown. The breakfast buffet was good. Staff was very helpful. The only problem we had was the radio alarm would go off at 6 AM every morning and it was very difficult to figure out how to turn it off at that hour And so we would literally pull it off the socket every day

Lovely location just a bit down from the main action in Mackinac Island. Very clean hotel. Decent breakfast. If you have mobility issues, request a room on a lower level since the stairs are plentiful, but I would definitely stay here again.
