This was a business trip over a couple of nights. I've used extended stay settings before, but this is by far the best experience I've ever had. From check in to check out, from the front desk to housekeeping, people were exceptionally friendly and receptive. I keep a list of places to stay again and places to never return to and this is definitely a "stay again!"

Check in was easy, location good. The building that the office was in seemed ok. The building we ended up in had a bad odor. Many people complained. Banister for the stairs was broken. debris laying around. The front desk person accidently told me my room was in his building so I was able to go through that building, that is why I know it was cleaner and definitely didn't have the smell the other building did. Seemed like people lived there weekly, not jus travelers. Breakfast provided was ok.

The outside door to our building was broken we arrived at midnight and people were coming bang going into the hotel without key cards so be the lock was broken, the room was dirty, we were work up by construction workers in the room next door at 8:30 am. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and spoke with thev mgr and they “refunded “ our next two days but in the end did not give us a refund and. We have been fighting with support to try to get out money back. We arrived at midnight onnn4/25 and left at 8:30 am on 4/25.

The original room smelled of smoke and mold, the refrigerator when opened smelled sour. The floor/furniture looked dirty and I did not even set my bag down before going to change rooms. The second room much smaller but didn't smell of smoke however had some "rowdy" guys staying nearby. I did not feel safe at all being alone and female. I did not see another female on the property other than employees.

This was the worst hotel room i ever walked in. I couldnt even stay 10 minutes in my hotel room it smelled so bad. I left 20 minutes after i checked even though they would not refund me. Seriously the most digusting hotel room I ever walked in.

The property was acceptable. The surprise when we got there was the pet fee we knew there would be a pet fee but not $110. Unrefundable. Not in property information. The room cost $80 and the dog cost more to stay than us. We went elsewhere Red roof inn. We were not charged for dog first pet FREE. The most we ever paid was $25 which is acceptable. They still charged us for the room. $80. So be aware if you have a pet go to Ted roof Inn. Tried to negotiate an agreement but told this was not negotiable.

First of all nobody at front desk when I tried to check in. I had to call a number to get them to come. Had no cleaning crew to even check to see if the trash cans needed emptying. They had a coffee maker but no coffee to make coffee with. Dogs barking for a couple hours each night. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. When I checked in I was told I needed to pay the pet deposit with cash!! Why?? I paid for the room with a bank debit but was not allowed to pay for the pet deposit with the same card! WHY?? It was blizzard conditions at check-in but they forced me to drive to another building to access an ATM for the pet fee!! (The ATM charged $4.95 for the transaction). I went back to the check-in desk. A different person was at the desk and he told me the pet rent was $60 - not $50. I told him that wasn't what the first clerk told me. He said he would check his "notes". He did so, and approved the $50 rent like he was doing me a favor. Also, the room I was first assigned to in the home building was occupied, so I was forced to move my bags to another building (did I mention this was in blizzard conditions???). At the entrance of the different building was a trash can with multiple bags of trash lying around it. When I got to the different room I found a dirty shirt in a drawer in the chest, no coffee maker (there were two coffee packets though), no eating utensils, no glasses, not much of anything in the wonderfully appointed, filthy kitchen. I found no hot water at the kitchen sink, cold water for my shower, and three feet away at the bathroom sink the water was hot? Why were there different sources of hot water for these three faucets?? I have never been so glad to check out of a hotel in my life. I will never stay at this brand again.

Had cockroaches in my room, other guests had the same issue. Service people were very unpersonable and when I showed the cockroach at checkout the guy took pictures but never reported the claim and picture to his manager. Tried to get a comp night because of the infestation and the manager went with me to look where i killed the cockroach and he straight stepped on the piece of it left and acted like it wasn’t there and said I brought them in like a ignorant person and just argued, very unprofessional but act like there a 5 star hotel and they are the best! Never again!

The room was not clean there was hair in the shower, the shower itself was dirty. The kitchen was dirty the fridge was leaking and there was a big puddle that had dried, not sure what it was of. Something was spilled in the AC/heater. No one came in to clean the room for the whole time we stayed there, we were there for 3 nights and 4 days. Towels were never replenished nor were the toiletries or toilet paper, we had to go ask for all of those things. The breakfast was not great either, and the tea water was full of coffee grounds as well.
