The building is being renovated the first room wreaked of smoke had a hole in the wall in the toilet didn't work the second room was slightly better but still the mattress had stains the linens had holes in them the lobby does not look like the picture nor do the rooms I was horrified when I arrived it was not what I thought I was getting at all

THIS PLACE IS CLOSED DO NOT BOOK!!! Booked through Expedia, got there and it was shut down completely and can’t get in touch with Expedia to get money back!!

Poor experience. The hotel was half way condemned and the service was bad. The receptionist was barely in the booth and the rooms were scary looking. There were burn mark on the curtains and comforter. The plugs weren’t all the way in the wall. There was graffiti in the hallway that was painted over but you could still see through it. After driving 2.5 hours I wanted to lay down and relax but the room did not allow me to do that. I had to change rooms because the first one did not have a working toilet. All the rooms have this scary door that may be connected to another room and with a desk in front (they were locked but still not comforting). This place needs to be taken off of any hotel site. Because the pictures are deceiving as heck. I definitely got a refund for at least one night. This place is scary, not clean and a waste of money.

Check in took a little long, but was easy enough once someone noticed I had arrived. Looks like a nicely designed facility, but noticed several common area amenities closed, non-functioning, and in need of repairs, renovations, and upgrades. Room was comfortable, but could also use renovations and modernization.

3 floor room with a broken elevator. It’s actually 2 hotels one is already condemned and this one should be. Signs of rats all over the property. People sleeping in stairs. No key that worked the entire first night until the 3 time I ask when the batteries would be changed. No working phone-number on Expedia and Google is out of order! Drugs clearly being sold on the 2 floor and grounds of property.

I have stayed at probably a hundred hotels. This was by far the poorest condition hotel I’ve been to. The room had busted security latches, a broken mirror on the floor leaning against the wall, missing lampshades, a missing bathroom vent cover, the floor was filthy, the comforter had multiple cigarette burns, and the shower was broken and dirty. The only good thing about it the room was it had good hot water. I felt like the owners/manager had long given up on upkeep. There was also guest noise throughout the entire night such as talking, whistling, and music. I would not recommend this facility. Had I walked in with my family instead of staying solo, I would have left immediately.

Smoking feeling in the rooms and dirty carpet.

The room had a pair of underwear hanging from the bathroom curtains, a pair of pants behind the couch and a cigarette bud on the headboard. Overall very unclean and dirty.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The front desk only had one person, and she was not friendly at all. In order to get into my room, there was a separate way in and she had to have one of guests show me where to go after I tried and had to come back for instructions. The lamp had no lampshade, the coffeepot had nothing in it (no coffee, no cups), the shower had a constant drip and was dirty, the vent in the bathroom had no cover on it, the blow dryer was barely hanging on the wall, the chair had broken arm, the remote control did not work, there were no doors on the closet, one of drawers still had a old cigarette butt in it, and the pillows were flat. When I went to check out, there was no front desk person there and another guest had been looking for her for awhile and couldn't find her either.

The property is not maintained. Almost nothing in the room worked. The staff at the front desk was not much help. I would recommend staying away from this place.

it was very clean it beat my expectations ...

I booked a stay here for 2 nights. The building I was assigned had broken doors, letting the cold air in (it was <25 degrees outside), the elevator was broken (I was on the 4th floor), and despite being no-smoking, the building reeked of weed. My room had no TV (no signal) and barely any functioning lights After less than 3 hours there I needed to leave and checked out. I did notify them that the toilet had also been used, which the cleaning staff would have had to be blind to not notice. I didn't wait for them to call Expedia about a refund. I did contact Expedia and after a week they have been unable to speak to anyone to discuss a refund. Sleeping in your car would be preferable to staying here.

The property was without water for two days prior which i was not informed of until i had arrived for check in (after I had already paid for the room). The toilet was full of feces, cigarettes, cigars, tissues, etc. The room smelled like an ashtray. The room had a balcony but it was locked and allowed no access to attempt any type of ventilation. elevator was not in service. The stairwells smelled like urine and there were people smoking in them. There was a guy siting on the table in the hallway of my floor rolling up weed. The ground outside was covered in ice with no salt. I checked out after 2 hours and the property was not even willing to refund

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Half of the property is abandoned with signs on the windows literally saying "dangerous and uninhabitable." The elevators were broken and the amenities were boarded up (i.e. the "gym" was boarded up, the breakfast room was boarded up, etc.). Half of the lights in the hotel lobby/hallways were not on or dimmed. There were multiple people clearly living out of their car and sleeping in the parking lot. It was very unsettling. In our hotel room we found the following: · The door handle to our room was broken and was coming out of the door · There were an egregious amount of stains and various odors. · There were brown and green/yellow fluids on the underside of the mattress. · There were crumbs and broken glass on the floor · There were bugs crawling in and out of cracks on the ceiling · Various wires were pulled out of the wall and looked like they had been stripped for copper · The fire alarm had been ripped from wall · The toilet was clogged We asked for another room, but it was in a similar state. We took pictures/videos of everything and went to the front and asked for a refund and to cancel our stay. They let us cancel but only offered to refund a fraction of what we paid. (We are still waiting on the refund!). We had to end up finding another place to stay last minute. They should not be allowed to continue running or have an Expedia posting. The place is clearly about to close down and is in violation of various safety/health codes.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place is best down and disgusting!! No room service in site our room was filthy! Makeup on the bed. Some type of white stains all over the bed and FLOOR it’s disgusting! The front desk lady had no remorse nor did she care about the concerns raised about cleanliness and overall safety!

I am amazed that this property is not condemned. This is what I found during my very brief stay: Couldn’t get in through outside door The door to inside was propped open with a piece of wood While getting my bags out of my car I was approached twice by people asking for change. The lock on the door was broken in half The commode was cracked The bathroom door handle was barely on The fabric chair was stained The desk chair was missing 2 wheels, which I didn’t realize until I sat down and fell over The sheets had dark spots on them The closet shelf was gone I have pictures if I can post/ show them to someone.
