Hilton Arlington TX

Overall the stay was okay, the floor we stayed on was outdated and the bathroom was extremely small, the elevators were nasty and the pool was so dirty, which was sad because we were dressed to swim but the pool was so nasty we chose not to. The breakfast buffet was okay, but not enough options or worth $20 a person for. Would I stay again? No, I would have rather gone down the road to Drury.

The hotel is expensive then you have to pay 20 a day for parking at the hotel you made reservations at. Breakfast is not included, extra fee

The stay we didn’t satisfied because at check in they didn’t told us the hotel doesn’t have breakfast for free plus they said we can leave the hotel until checking time because they will charge us for extra I was not satisfied plus I went to eat breakfast and turn off my tv from room came back to the room turn on tv like 9 didnt turn on at all idk if they handle everything from receptionist the tv we call receptionist to tell her about the tv they never did anything at all since 9 until closing to check out with out tv at all plus they charge the breakfast too in the hotel no free breakfast like others hotel I didn’t like service at all !!!!

Love the hotel, great food around the area. Right next to six flags. Although I think the thermostat lies.

All was good

Over all the stay was very comfortable and the amenities are the best albeit the restroom needed a good cleaning. Parking is an issue. The spaces are so close that a single vehicle can barely fit in the lane. Pulling out forward or in reverse required a series of adjustments so as not to hit the adjoining vehicle. Also I had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay for parking on top of paying for the hotel.

Great stay, I’ve got no complaints here. Breakfast is pricey and not great but that’s in me.

Loved everything except they put up signs in the parking lot that they didnt have back in April. They weren't very clear. We thought it was pay to park closer and it wasnt, so we woke up to code enforcement trying to give us a parking ticket for a hotel we already paid to stay at. Ridiculous! You shouldnt have to pay the venue twice. If you have to pay for parking they should reimburse you at least.

Our vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot while parked outside the front entrance. Limited security patrolling the parking area.

Our experience was amazing. First time staying at the Hilton and it was pleasant day from the staff to the manager very helpful. Thank you guys. Once again I will definitely come back.
