The hotel is located in the heart of downtown just steps from the Boston Commons public garden, shopping districts of Newbury Street and public transportation.
The elegantly gorgeous lobby and bar with modern decor with a Starbucks on the bottom level . The friendly staff Devon, got us a great room and a late checkout. Our room was spacious and clean and had a stunning view of Boston skyline. The bathrooms were on the smaller side and could use a bit of an upgrade. Perfect for business or leisure. Highly recommend it!

Parking was a bit of a headache! Thw Valet didnt answer the phone or text to get the car. Then when you went down it was a 45 minute wait!

The staff is always amazing! The property is beautiful and comfortable and located in a great part of the city!

Room was nice but not too spacious. Location was great, with the T station was only few minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful. However besides the room charges, the hotel charged additional fee to every guest.
