Very happy with choosing this hotel
Great staff , wonderful view from their restaurant , close to the beach , beach cabana & chairs available for a fee, front desk (Cindee/Sandy) assisted with most of our needs!

The Hotel is in the best location to everything. No car needed! It was very clean, the amenities are great. Parking fee is very high for a night. My only complaint was the guy at the front of the hotel that makes sure you’re checking in was absolutely miserable and rude! He definitely did not take the Hilton Hospitality training. Overall a great time

Right on beach! Cabana n chairs extra $$. Service great! Right near pier 60 restaurants shopping marina. Ride lil toot n see dolphins. Go to crabbys dockside great food. Hotel service n valet great!

Very overpriced for what you get. The room was pretty basic and we had ants after the first night. If you plan on drinking the cheapest beer is $10 for a regular size. The movie night at the pool for the kids was louder than some concerts I've been to. Food around the resort is also very overpriced, so be prepared for around $100 meal.

Rooms need updating. We were stuck in a wheelchair accessible room. window view of the roof Could have stayed off the beach instead with a similar room.

For the price the room was small, the bathroom was so small you could not change your mind. There were two chairs in the room to sit in, both were very uncomfortable. Lock on balcony door was broken, had secondary attached way to lock the door but did not appear very strong. Door had pry marks on the outside. Not sure what that is about. Paid in full before visit. They have additional charges nominally $70/day, asked for copy of those charges I was told it was e-mailed its been almost 24 hours and I still don't have it. I want to take a moment to say the staff was great, they took good care of us. Will not stay there again will find some place else.

We loved the location - close to restaurants, shops & on the beach.
Housekeeping was so kind and great.
The waitstaff by the pool was great! The waitstaff at the restaurant which overlooks the beach wasn’t. The restaurant manager was great.

The hotel was in a convenient part of the island. Parts of the hotel were worn down. Elevators were horrible. Interior rooms are old. View of roof is gross. Windows are dirty. Pool area is nice, but very crowded. Bring your own beach chairs. Rentals are quite expensive.

Great location with beach access. Pool was great, two bars near by. Restaurants on site. Free photoshoot and bike rentals. I would stay here again. Room was very large with a great balcony and views of the water!

Everything was great My only dislike was that our requested more expensive gulf view was a side view above where all the ac units are and it was loud and we unable to sit on the balcony And another member in our party had the side view across from us and paid less and didn’t have all the noise We paid $100 more
