Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland East/Mayfield Village

The place was so dusty my friend and i woke up with horrible allergies and headaches. The rooms are outdated and the ice machine on our floor was broken.

Pool was in terrible shape , hot tub was down and no body told us at booking , staff was lack luster and not very helpful or personable

The pool was dingy and small, staff were not friendly and overall hotel was run down

The place was not a Hilton, lady at front desk was unpleasant about switching my room due to view, luckily she went home and the gentleman came over and helped me, this was three hours later. Pool needs attention and my bathroom had vomit under the sink and rust on bathroom light fixtures. Seriously, you charge $100+ a night and you deliver a mess to people. I do want to say the bartender was truly a delight and the next morning he was the cook and once again truly a delight.

I've stayed here on several occasions and the staff has always been friendly and courteous. I will stay here again the next time I'm in the Mayfield Heights area for work.

Everything was fine but needs some refurbishing. Looks old. Carpet needs replacing

Very clean throughout. Staff was very friendly. And the continental breakfast was a great value.

Where do I start it was fine when we check in but this morning when it was breakfast time I was unfortunately told we needed a voucher or have to pay out of pocket I had two rooms which bought same time but only one had 2 breakfast vouchers when it’s 6 of us so now I was stuck paying for everyone else’s meal which is crazy because why wasn’t that brought to my attention when I checked in the first day, I just don’t like how they work but other than that my kids had a good time in the pool but definitely not coming back also asked for late check out they agreed then gets a nasty phone call from front desk saying it’s time to go like I didn’t call down there to ask for a 1pm check out but unfortunately, the rude lady on the phone said it was time to go now which was 12 PM 1st time there last time there.. but y’all enjoy

The stay was ok. The hotel was a little outdated and the beds were very squeaky, just sitting on them.

The staff here was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating— they really made the stay

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. At check in, we asked where the pool was and she gave directions without mentioning that the hot tub was empty and the pool was filthy, freezing cold and obviously had not been I use for quite some time. There was a gross bandage and clump of black hair floating in the cold and dirty pool. We went back to our room took our bathing suits off and listened to a 3year old cry for an hour because we couldn’t swim. The staff seemed nonexistent and when I did get someone to check us in she was not friendly.

No restaurant or bar on a Saturday night and the pool was too cold

It was a work trip. I love not leaving the hotel for dinner. The menu was rather limited and I'm gluten free but Reynard, the server, helped me sift through. Gotta say the chicken wings and Ceasar salad were perfect!

Lobby looked a mess and the pool wasn’t functional

I booked this one because it showed a hot tub, but the hot tub was broke. They said it has been for years. And they tried to get 3rd party sites too stop advertising it. Also breakfast is not included. Items extra. But it is a nice hotel and rooms were good.

Everything was great except the AC unit in the room was incredibly loud upon startup - woke me up every time it kicked on

There was really nothing notable near the hotel. But hotel was very nice, staff friendly and helpful.

The staff are great! Very responsive and helpful. The property really needs updating, especially the rooms. The lighting in the rooms is also really poor.

HVAC in room was not working properly. Temps in teens outside. Notified front desk.
