Staff was very professional and kind. Rooms and common areas were clean. Would have preferred if the pool bar and food service was open past 7:00ish. We also had to call twice on day 3 to request room service come to our room for the first time.

Super clean and great service by Maverick from front desk. Highly recommend!

The front desk clerks were great. The biggest problem was with housekeeping. Dirty linens were left behind. My husband returned them to a nearby attendant. There was a stained, or used, hand towel put in with the clean towels, the floor had trash on it, and the bathroom trash had not been emptied. We later noticed that we didn’t have a bath mat and only had 2 towels total. We had already unpacked when we noticed all of these issues and didn’t want to move rooms. We decided not to let the front desk know right away because we were worried that they would send housekeeping. The ones that made all the mistakes. We checked the bed to determine if it was changed. It looked changed, so we stayed. We left a day early and let the front desk staff know about all of the issues. She said that she would make note of it for the manager to contact us. No one from the hotel has contacted us to date and no discount was offered. We were very disappointed with the overall situation. We stayed at a total of 4 hotels during our trip. Three of them were owned by Hilton. All of the others were excellent, not this one.

After paying a premium price I was surprised that there was no complimentary breakfast. The hotel in general is nice and the beach access was great. However the property is aging and it shows

We had a good experience at the hotel, Upon arrival checking team was very friendly, understanding and helpful. Hotel is clean, pool was warm, access to the beach was great. Overall experience was great and very thankful to the check in agent (young girl), she was amazing

Our first stay at this location. Staff was superb, friendly, informative, welcoming. Pool area was my favorite, plenty of chairs, music was not loud, and bar with friendly service. Location is right on beach, easy to rent umbrella and chairs. Hotel was clean, lobby, hallways, common areas. The only things I didn’t like was the beds way too soft and the bathroom in the room needs deep cleaning and remodeling.

It was wonderful!! Everyone was so kind and helpful all the time … Bethany at the front desk, all of the staff at the Starlite including the manager, host, waitress and the busier. It was so enjoyable that I expressed to my husband that night that we must come back to the hotel as soon as we are able for some rest and relaxation! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience! I will be seeing you all soon!!

Air conditioning was so loud only stayed one of the two nights, 45min walk to town really disappointed. Pool was tiny and overcrowded not what I was expecting form the Hilton group

Nice spot, right on the beach

Pros: I will start by saying the staff was wonderful: friendly, helpful. The food was good at the hotel restaurant also. We came downstairs to tell the front desk our bathroom door would not close and the refrigerator wasn’t working and could we have another room. They said no other rooms were available but they sent someone right up to fix the problems. Cons: The shower in our room was gross. The floor was dirty and needed a good scrubbing with bleach and there was mold around the shower. The air conditioner sounded like a truck idling its engine in our room all night! It was horrible.
