Hilton Garden Inn Mt Laurel

This is a well maintained property even though it is fairly old. Having an on site bar is a plus.

I did not like my stay. I was greeted with attitude the staff seem tired and overwhelmed my room had a broken toilet for my first night,the coffee maker did not work in my room,the pool was not clean.it was just a uncomfortable experience i wanted to cut my stay short but because I booked threw a third party I was not able to get my money back so now I know and best believe I will not let this happen again no more third party bookings.

Very clean and staff were very accommodating and professional.

So, we must have booked the “economy Hilton room” as we could barely pass one another walking in the room and our “view” was the HVAC system for the hotel. Our window view was all steel and metal, nothing else. Avoid room 222.

Everything was great

Hotel foyer was nice and clean. The rooms are in need of an upgrade. My room (225) needs new wall paper in certain areas, bathroom vanity is worn down and air conditioner had dirt and debris that was visible. A lot of dust. The elevator down button doesn’t work on 2nd floor so you have to push the up button and go all the way up before getting to the 1st floor. Hallway smells. I paid over $500 for 2 night and will not stay here again

We spent one night here, everything was good, nice clean and quiet. Pillows were the most comfortable compared to several other similar hotels I stayed in recently.

Amazing

I was disappointed in this Hilton. I expect better from this brand. Check in was fine, the receptionist helpful and friendly. However, as soon as we got to our room, it was apparent the toilet was not working. They did send someone up to put a bandaid on it but really, we should have been moved to another room. We were sitting around with the repairman in the bathroom for nearly half an hour, waiting to unpack in case were were moved. The room seemed clean but the fitted sheet on the bed was not the proper size. It did not tuck in under the mattress. The corner popped off as soon as I got into bed. I could not get it back on nor did I want someone to come up to fix it at that hour. After eight hours of driving, we hoped to use the hot tub but the pool area, where there were no towels, was extremely noisy with children and the hot tub did not look clean. In this day of personal electronics, I have come to expect USB ports in the room, at a minimum. There were none. And not even a pen in the desk drawer. The hair dryer was on its last legs. The rooms could use better sound proofing. Our neighbors came back to their room after 2:00 am and I could not sleep for all the noise of their continued loud talking. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a noon check out. The toiletries in the bathroom were adequate.

I had a stomach sudden virus in the middle of the night before my reservation next day. I spent hours back and forth with hotel and Expedia. Expedia said the would get my refund, but the hotel wouldn't waive the fees. I had my husband drive me an hour sick to spend night because the hotel wouldn't cancel or refund me even though i had a stomach bug. When I got to hotel I was pissed and the man at counter said "It's Expedia's fault" they wouldn't waive fees. Worst experience of my life. Never again. I'm thinking of taking legal action.

Hotel was fine, bathroom paint was peeling and definitely needs patching. Overall no frills place and nice staff.

Hotel needs some updating.
