Great service FANTASTIC location

Location great, staff was mostly friendly, the room itself was clean, the hallway to our room was gross (it looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks), the faucets didn't work well (hard to maneuver), the water barely got above luke warm, the soap dispenser was never refilled in the 2 days we stayed.

Great location, clean hotel. Once construction is over it will be better

Front staff was very pleasant with everything we needed. We ate at the buffet breakfast and dinner there, it's wasn't bad and the staff was nice. About 15-25min walk to downtown but a quick drive there.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance of downtown. It is very close to many museums, shopping and restaurants. Parking is expensive in the hotel ($50 per day) and can be problematic in the area.

I was extremely happy with our stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, for breakfast in the morning it was very good. The location was very convenient for walking to local food and bars, as well as parking easy to access with plenty of spaces.

My stay was great Only issue was my room wasn’t cleaned once during my stay

Great property about a mile off of Broadway! Close enough to walk downtown and far enough away to not hear it! Easy parking, great sized rooms, Amelia made my entire trip, she was so sweet and always greeted me when I was passing through the lobby!

Our stay was terrible! Our water was not even hot enough to take a comfortable shower. We called and asked them to come look at it. They told us it was because we were in the middle of the floors, and the hot water probably ran out and we would just have to wait for it to heat up. Every time we did take a bath or a shower, it flooded into the bedroom. The carpet would be soaked, to the point it sloshed if you stepped on it. They told me they would have to bring fans in to dry it, and it seemed like they already knew this happened each time. Said they didn’t have another room to put us in. We were swimming and there was no pool towels, called and asked them to bring some, and after an hour we had to go to the front desk and get some ourselves. On top of all this, the staff was rude and not helpful at all.

Good location. Construction next door started every morning we were there with loud jack hammering at 7am. I understand construction can’t always be avoided but to start at 7am with jack hammers? Also, parking cost is just a hidden fee to charge more. $50 per day and the garage elevator was broken. The garage isn’t attached to the hotel so you have to walk outside. Nice hotel but not worth the price given there are so many other choices available.

Stay was fine, parking is pricy. No breakfast perks.

Staff was very nice at check in. I feel the parking was expensive and not clearly indicated with the price.

Beautiful...... everything was in order... .clean...... good food...... and very peaceful.

Booked 1 bedroom suite for three people. They lied and said they were giving us an “upgrade.” The “upgrade” was some room used for meetings, with no sofa bed for daughter. Went down and requested the room we booked. Nope. Made up some other story about maintenance issues. Had to go to another hotel. Worst experience I’ve ever had with front desk staff.

Nice hotel came with a very good breakfast. Hotel is clean and modern with good amenities. The shower was not very good and there is construction on the property next door which was very loud in the morning.

No hot water No maid service for 3 days Construction I was not informed of starting at 6 am! Maids openly asking for tips

We didn’t have any soap in our room, the kept malfunctioning and we weren’t able to get in our room multiple times during our stay.

It is a great hotel close the Vanderbilt Hospital. The room was very nice and super clean . Parking is $45 self parking and $50 for valet parking. Great total except the parking
