The hotel was fairly nice and comfortable. However, there was a strange vibrating/pulsating sound coming from somewhere surrounding my room. I notified hotel staff and they came to my room to listen. They heard the noise but could not determine where it was coming from. Because this was a vibrating sound, even earplugs didn't block it out. After complaining for hours, I eventually gave up and put my phone down. I was additionally put in an adjoining room and could hear the people in the room next to me talking clear as day. I hardly slept at all that night because of all the sound and had a very important day at work in the morning. Paying $400 for one night, I would expect MUCH better conditions and accommodations.

You can’t beat the location! The only disappointing part was that we booked this specific hotel for having. Hotel bar and a terrace. The weather wasn’t the greatest so the terrace was close (understandable). However the bar was closed both nights. The first night they said it was due to occupancy issues. The second night the sign said closed for a private event, but it was empty all night! Just a bit misleading! When the hotel was asked about it, they just blew it off.
