Hilton Garden Inn New York/Times Square Central

Our stay was truly fantastic. Made special by Michelle!! She is truly the best of the best. So incredibly impressed by her. She should be in charge of everything! Will absolutely stay again when we return to the city.

The staff is incredible, especially the front desk. I wish that I had asked her name, really great!

The shower water took a while to heat up and didn’t stay hot for long. There were long strands of hair on the floor by the bathroom door when I arrived. The phone did not work. But I loved the views near Time Square, the high floor, and the room had both a microwave and fridge.

My daughter and I had an amazing stay celebrating her 27th birthday! The hotel was clean and our room was fabulous! The location was stellar! So close to so many points of interest. We will definitely stay here again!!!

They charge you a 100$ deposit and don’t give it back even if you don’t have damages to your too

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square Central. The view of Times Square was lovely and it was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and broadway shows! Had a nice time eating at Paul’s restaurant, and the staff was so nice they helped me navigate the metro and get to other parts of New York as I wanted. The room phone didn’t work when I arrived and the toilet handle made the toilet run constantly if you didn’t correct it when u arrived to the room. However when I reported the issues they sent a maintenance to fix both issues right away. They were extremely responsive to the issues. The only other issue I had was the shower hot water not always getting and staying hot enough. Sometimes I had to wait for the water to warm up so I could finish showering. The hotel held my bags for me while I explored the city for a few final hours after check out and that was a really nice perk as well. Not all hotels do that or have that service. They will do the same if you arrive early and your room isn’t ready. Overall I think the hotel did a good job! They came and redid the bed and towels each day of my stay as well. I appreciated that too!

A/C didn’t work and hot water took about 10 - 15 minutes to get hot. They moved us to a different room after they changed the thermostat and it continued to get hotter in the room. When we got to the new room, the toilet kept running and wouldn’t stop.

Terrible place and charge unnecessary fees

The first night we had no AC , called them several times , we was told we would receive a call back and never heard anything. They came and so called fix it . It was still messed up for another 24 hours. We was not offered a discount or any additional service for the inconvenience.
