Our stay was great. The bed was so comfortable and the very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

The property was very nice, easy check-in, and very friendly staff. The clerk who checked us in, we think her name was Tatiana, was super friendly and helpful in answering our questions. The room was very clean and the amenities were nice. Our view of the water was really pretty from the 4th floor. The only thing we didn't love was that the bar downstairs closed at 10 pm on a Sat night. Parking was easy to pay for and not a bad rate at $10 for 24 hours. We will absolutely stay here again!

It was a very disorganized check-in. The hotel is overpriced for what you get and even the breakfast is an extra charge. This is not a competitive place versus the other options out there.

Modern, clean hotel with excellent walkable access to downtown shops, parks, restaurants. Charming part of town. Would stay here again. My only complaint is that the coffee is terrible.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Only issue was we couldn't check-in until 5pm due to staff shortages (they told us). After a 10 hour drive we really didn't like having to hang round for 2 hours to get into our room and lie down.

Easy walking distance to the auditorium and Seville quarter. Onsite restaurant and bar is a nice bonus. We didn't use the pool or fitness center but it looked nice.

The only issue we had was that there were tooooo many fees. We shouldn’t have to pay to park, shouldn’t have to pay for breakfast. Our stay was $353 definitely not worth the amount we paid for the weekend. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3p. Other than that the hotel and location was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property itself is very well maintained. Our only issue was that there were surcharges for just about everything - bottled water in the room (not even name brand) was $3, had to pay for parking, and the breakfast was very expensive for what was available. We will likely stay elsewhere on our next trip.

This hotel appears brand new. It is Avery nice property on the edge of old town Pensacola. It is in a very nice residential area and is about 6 blocks to the main strip, Palafox place. A little too far to walk but a $7 uber ride. I would have felt completely safe walking, because the old party have Pensacola has come strong! Beautiful area. Only down side was self-parking, but you have to pay for it. It was odd…but it was only $10.
