Overall the stay was pleasant. We initially had a problem with the first room as the bathroom was not clean and thus they moved us to another room which was much better. Breakfast dining was good and staff and service were also very good.

TVs didn’t work and was good we would receive a discount and then at check out was told bc we booked with Expedia they couldn’t do anything. HD no entertainment and the did not fix the TVs until the last night and no internet.

Cleaness is number 1 , Customer service too CJ the front desk very efficient , pool clean and quiet. By the bar and dinner area they were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were amazing. I would definately coming back with my family. We had an excellent time

Over the years I've been coming her it's been very consistent with the quality of service. 7 or so years a never a complaint.

It was nice and quiet at the hotel. Convenient stay for if you are going to the winery and outlet. I didn’t really like the food. The waffle was hard to cut into, the scrambled eggs were runny, and the fruit was old. The AC made a loud buzzing noise at 3am that woke me up the first night. The hotel said they fixed it but it still made a buzzing noise the next night. They staff cleans the rooms every other day so they never came to my room to clean. I had to ask for extra towels because they only gave 1 set. This was my second time coming here. Last time I came was in 2019 but I won’t be back

It was nice. We always stay here. Friendly staff. My girlfriend had flies in her apple juice, and the waitress comped the meal. All in all a delightful time.

Well appointed rooms. Very clean. Great staff.

When I arrive CJ, the assistant manager was there. He helped me get into a room as soon as I got there the room was very clean and organized and spacious. The lobby was clean and had a lot of activities.
