The staff was so helpful and helped us through a difficult time. Highly recommend.
The only concern is trying to find the hotel. It has a very small entry way and no place to park for registration.

The stay was great. Our only complaint is that the pool closes at 5pm!?! That really sucked and we only got to use it one out of our 7 days there. The pool should be open a LOT later than 5.

We actually stayed the WEEK before (Have the documented charges for this stay) however, Hotels.com booked us a different date. We have done everything we can to get this corrected, however tHotels.com said it was the Hilton Gardens Inn fault, and HGI said it was Hotels.com fault and NO ONE will give us a refund for a night THAT WE DIDN'T STAY! We didn't book the night that you have charged us for.
As such:
HGI will receive a 1 Star review, and we won't be back.
Hotels.com will only see our already booked upcoming trips, then after 12 years of using their service for our companies business travel, we will no longer be using Hotels.com

They have happy hour 5-7 pm. Wine and beer $5. They were out of the $5 wine. They did not tell us the wine they offered us was $15 a glass. 5- glasses of wine was $75 plus tip.

Close to the Tanger outlets. Would have preferred a room on a lower floor. I was on the eighth floor and we had a fire drill. I’m an older adult, had to walk down eight flights.
