I prefer staying in Santa Monica when traveling to Los Angeles and this particular hotel had very nice amenities while having only a short walk to the pier.

Had a lovely stay here from the minute we entered the valet parking and the lovely receptionist, we felt welcomed and well looked after. The room was lovely as were the communal areas! The AC position was the only thing that let the room down. Would definitely reccommend a stay here!

The hotel looks almost new; the rooms are very nicely decorated, clean, the sheets/towels are also very good quality. Staff is really nice and helpful- great service!!! Loved our stay!!

Hotel location is very convenient. Short walk to beach, shopping, and grocery. Very walkable and we felt very safe. Parking is a tad on the expensive side but somewhat in the same price range as most of LA. Parking here is valet only hence with the tip when dropping off/pick up adds up. Pool temperature was OK. We definitely will stay here again.

Bad bad bad customer service! They should start from scratch with their staff starting with the night manager “George” horrible. I ask for a quiet room after two delayed flights arriving at 3:30 am and he puts me next to the hotels wash coin laundry room at a Hilton?

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very nice & clean with great staffing. It’s only couple of minutes walk to the venice beach. The only thing I have to say, be aware of parking fees. They don’t tell you in advance. After 3 days stay, I was surprised with over $300 parking fees!
