I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I would like to specifically thank Felma who made sure we do not miss our breakfast with young children and made sure we had them packed for our early morning tours and was very helpful with any request we had. My room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The property is within walking distance to beach and shopping centers. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Lots of kids at the pool.

We came from the UK to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary. Everything about our stay was perfect, the people, the location, the hotel….we are already planning our return!

Smazing stay

The only thing we had issue with was the parking. It did not say in the description that parking was only valet and $60 a day! Insane. We paid $400 extra in parking. Other than that it was a great time. Service was fanatic. Breakfast package was worth it since dinning anywhere in Waikīkī is incredibly expensive. The staff at the restaurant remembered our names and were super sweet to our son.

Pros: 1) The heated pool was amazing since it is so windy on the roof. It was also awesome that they had cornhole, mini golf, and giant connect 4 on the pool deck, so there was a lot to do. 2) The location of the hotel was great for exploring Waikiki, we walked everywhere. Cons: 1) The staff member that checked us in was not very pleasant. She would very loudly yell, “NEXT!” then stare at you with a blank face while you walk up as if she’s been impatiently waiting for you for an hour. 2) We called for extra blankets, were told they were coming, but never got them. 3) There was a large language barrier when I called the front desk for help unlocking the door between our adjoined rooms. It took over 20 minutes just for us to get on the same page, and by then, my husband figured out how to unlock it ourselves with my eyelash brush.

Excellent location in Waikiki, one block from the beach. Clean, very nice amenities, good food, friendly service.

Loved the hotel but would have appreciated 2 beach chairs per room instead of one. Other hotels we’ve stayed at loaned us 2. Option of a beach umbrella would be nice also.

Overall it was a nice comfortable stay is just something that we were not used to as far as how many restaurants on side pools and Hot tubs. We allowed a third party to book this for us.

This hotel was very accommodating and we enjoyed our week stay here. I recommend and I plan to stay again. Thank you!
