Holiday Inn BLYTHEVILLE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Stayed there for funeral. Needed a late check out. Staff member would not allow it because I wasnt a member of some rewards club. Very inconsiderate in a difficult time for my family.

The property was fine, not terrible but not great. Our room was super humid and sticky and our smoke detector went off twice (once in the middle of the night. The staff was super friendly and replaced the smoke detector quickly in the middle of the night.

Like the comfort level of the bed.

The room was definitely not worth the price. Very outdated. The towels didn’t look clean.

My experience was just okay. While I appreciated that the hotel had been remodeled, cleanliness was a major concern. I stayed in a double bed room, and the sheets had visible stains and hair on them. Even worse, the towels left in my room at check-in were covered in pubic hair and long hair, which made me seriously question the cleanliness standards of the hotel. When I requested fresh towels the next morning, I had to go down to the front desk myself. Despite having multiple staff members present, no one was willing to bring them to my room. For the price, I expected better service and a much higher level of cleanliness.

Very nice hotel. Pool temp was wonderful. This is my second time staying and will continue to use when traveling nearby.

For $200 a night I would expect my coffee to be replenished in my room and my towels and wash cloth replaced. They made the bed and left. Lady who checked me in had the personality of a sloth and more worried about what was on her phone. Ceiling in the bathroom was rotten around the vent from water damage … and not new damage could have been fixed..

We stayed for a week and housekeeping didn't bother to check or clean the bathroom toilet or mop the floor from dry dirty foot print.They didn’t replace Kleenex tissues, toilet paper or towels until we requested it on paper. Even though we left them a tip daily. Not sure if I’d stay here again. It was ok but before I booked it the advertisement had a hot tub list in the site and there was no such thing.
