The hotel property was clean and staff friendly. Kept awake most of the night from outside noise, which is beyond hotel control, but maybe a sound machine in rooms like other Boston hotels would help.

Very nice clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. They have very good breakfast. Room is very nice and comfortable bed. Very clean and beautiful hotel.

update in rooms were done halfway, some stuff were updated, but other were left in poor condition. Bathroom was updated and clean so was the bed, but carpet and dresser, refrigerator was very old. Needed more lights in room, extremely dark.

Rooms were clean bed was comfortable. Easy check in/out Unfortunately tv remote was not functioning properly and we were stuck watching old reruns of the A Team

To start if you want to avoid frustration stay away from this holiday inn Washington St in Somerville. Room smells when checking, they didn't want to change the room, it took them 2hr to send someone with refresher, no remote for TV. Leave for house keeping, came back after 5hrs room was still not done overall the staff was useless with attitude + Service was terrible. I have been to many other Holiday Inn before with complaints, but this one👎 never will I go back on this one.

Buffet breakfast was pretty gnarly. And check-in was a disaster because their computer was down.

Hotel was very nice and I enjoyed that you had to use your hotel room key to actually use the elevator!

Great location, close to the train station, safe property. Staff was helpful and friendly. I felt secure at all times.

It’s too expensive. They charge you for night already too much, they charge you for parking, for breakfast, for coffee. At the end is not so welcome for guests.

Beds are very comfortable. You can get sleep well.

There was no water available for the coffee maker, the iron in the hotel room had burnt plastic or something on it, which then transferred to my pants and ruined them, housekeeping kept banging on my door after telling them to please leave me alone and I do not need assistance or my room to be cleaned, even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door, the hotel staff were rude for $400 a night before taxes and fees you would expect better service was absolutely terrible. The only thing good about this hotel is how comfortable the beds are. Everything else is just garbage.

Staff was really nice but dinner was not available at the site as I was told it’d be available on site.
