Holiday Inn DENVER-PARKER-E470/PARKER RD by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Old hotel- with all the other new hotels in the area, this place is going to loose business unless they update place.. 2nd floor carpet by elevator is totally disgusting!!!! I won’t go back…

I nice stay for one night. Lot's of food choices close by. This hotel is a little aged but was told they are starting a remodel soon.

I was very disappointed. The room I was given was on the second floor. As soon as you get off the elevator it smells musty and moldy, like there was a water leak that didn't get completely remedied. The room didn't smell any different. When we got to the room it was 80 degrees inside despite the thermostat being set at 67. When I inquired about the broken A/C, I was told by the very nice and helpful, but overworked front desk person, that he would be up to reset the breakers as soon as he could. The restaurant and bar were nonexistent except for a few hours in the morning for breakfast. The shower head was horrible and dirty. The beds were extremely old and uncomfortable. This motel is in dire need of a remodel and is not at all what I expected from a Holiday Inn. I WILL go back to staying next door.

The room was very hot and the air didn’t work.

i have stayed here several times and everytime i book the description says it comes with food vouchers as they do not provide a breakfast. never have i received any vouchers, why does hotel.com have it in their room description if it is not there?

The place was way over priced, staff was very distant and barely said a word. The key reader kept not reading the card.and i cant believe that even renting a king suite with a hot tub in the room there was no breakfast offered and only 2 cups of coffee in the room room

The property was quiet and nice. The restaurant on the 4th floor was especially nice and unique for a hotel amenity. Everything was nice for my short stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Room was great. Close to lots of good dining. The hot tub was nice but I did knock off a point for the pool. It did not look clean on the entire bottom of the pool. Would stay again.

Old property. Time for an upgrade. The hallway carpet is very old, and our room had a huge gross stain on the carpet. There are so many options in the Denver/Parker area, I would not stay here again.

I was surprised at how worn the hotel is. The carpeting was threadbare (there were large spots of missing carpet in one of our rooms), the curtains had holes in them, the furniture was scuffed, and the walls had marks (both in our rooms and throughout the hallways). The hairdryer seemed very old and barely worked. The coffee service on the first floor was not clean. And there was a strange odor in the elevator for two days. Overall, the entire hotel needs a serious refresh. That said, the staff was nice, the location was convenient for us, and the sheets were high quality.

Staff was great. Make sure and keep your front staff, they are very helpful!
