Great stay, AC was not as cold as I’d like but the rooms are in great shape, fridge, microwave and breakfast. All you need.

The rooms could’ve had a more pleasant scent. The staff was friendly.

Busy hotel. The room had a strang musty smell and the ac wasn't great but worked okay. Breakfast was really good. Loved the pancake machine. Staff was awesome too.

Hotel was great, surrounding neighborhood was sketchy and a lot of construction next to the hotel so it was very hard to find

I was just disappointed when i originally reserved a king bed room with sofa bed, and no notification received that it's not available. I just learned when i entered the room with 2 double beds. I confronted the front desk and apologized that it's not available because of so-and-so reasons, well in fact she can just told me earlier while checking in; and i already paid for that room. Poor communication towards clients. While the rest were okay.

Good, clean and good breakfast. However, housekeeping did not come clean our room after the first night that we stayed there. Had to attend a wedding and left the room at around 2 pm. We took of the no disturb sign before we left. The housekeeping staff did not come and clean. Was a little disappointed to come to a messy room.

Customer service was great. We had a very pleasant stay.

I went to check in around 2:30 am after 5 hours of driving. I was extremely tired and wanted rest. I went to my room, the key didn’t work. I had a lot of luggage with me and had to tote it back down stairs. Told the front desk. She went up to check and told me to wait down stairs. She told me all was good just for me to go back up and get again my new keys didn’t work. Again back down with my luggage. She assigned me a new room. Well the new room had one night assigned to it so when I left during the next day, my key once again didn’t let me in room. The room smelled so bad of mold, my AC Kept making noises as if it was rising out side. I really want a refund on this terrible experience. I’ve never had a bad experience with a hotel.

Clean facility. We requested an additional bedding set and front desk delivered it to our room without a delay. The front road is under construction, but it does not stop Holliday Inn delivered good service and accessible area.

The room smelled horrible. The ac was at 55 when I turned it off there was a horrible smell. The shower was not working. It was the worst and I have always choose holiday inn over any other hotels. Very disappointed

Clean Rooms, Good breakfast as Hotels go!

I enjoyed the hotel. It was a little noise on the next door at night.

Room smelt like urine, staff was good, rooms were not cleaned properly and the the building is run down and old and moldy

I didnt like all the construction in the area, but the hotel cant be blamed for that. The room was clean. Hotel rooms always smelll a bit musty until you run the AC for a while. The room was clean. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

Horrible stay, the room stink like wet dog. Staff was ehh. The building is falling apart. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.

Under construction. Sign not visible. Bathroom/ shower fauce not working properly. It seemed like the tub/shower faucet was about to come off from the wall. Hard to get the shower running since water would accumulate.
