The hotel was very clean. The rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location was convenient. Staff were friendly. The pool was greatly appreciated and enjoyed.

Check in was fast and easy but my issue is when I received my confirmation email I realized I got my dates mixed up and needed to stay an additional day. I called to add the extra day and gave a credit card to hold the room. Upon check in the additional day was not registered. I had to check out on 6/2 and then check in for the additional night.

We stayed to visit friends. It was a good location. The rooms were nice. The staff was AMAZING! So friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday while we were there and the staff signed a card for her. We asked for additional towels, and we were always provided towels without any difficulty. The pool was nice. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

You’re a hotel and your staff are excellent. It was my first time in Cedar Springs. Every staff that works in that hotel treated me with love and grace every shift the maids were immaculate. The breakfast was so great. I loved it. I think I gained the pound or two. this hotel is very private and that’s what I require required, and I loved every bit of it from the pool to the exercising machines Please I will be coming soon and as I travel because I have a sister that lives in your town that’s where I’ll be staying. It has my support and my funds.

My room and the hotel in general were both beautiful. Breakfast was great. However, I object to a hotel calling itself pet friendly and then charging $50 a night for a pet. I stayed 2 nights and had to pay $100 extra. I was told there was a pet area with grass and dog bags outside a side door near my room. When I went out there in freezing temps, I found there was no way to get back inside without walking all the way around the building. Why couldn't they have a key pad to get back in? For these reasons, I disliked an otherwise great hotel.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was away from the elevator as requested, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast bar in the morning was delicious. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
