We request a handicap room but get a standard one. The toilet in the public handicap bathroom was almost on the floor so I’m guessing that a handicap room would not meet my needs here. They should replace the public toilet with a higher toilet seat

Everything we’ve come to expect from Holiday Inn Express: clean facility, nice rooms, pleasant staff.

I booked 2 rooms. When checking in the young lady could only find one reservation. I showed her my confirmation and she still questioned it. Then she said they had a room. It would have been very inconvenient if they hadn't. After returning home I saw they charged more than the amount on my confirmation. Check your bill before you leave ! The rooms were spacious the bed was comfy. Breakfast was the basics, sausage links were over cooked. They didnt keep it well stocked, people were standing around waiting for eggs.The kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was indifferent. Not pleasant , not rude.
