Convenient stop with breakfast included

Pool was closed and vending machines were shut down. And after the stay they still charge for a second deposit. Who does that?

They were under construction it smelled of mastic, varnish and sheetrock dust, so we immediately asked for a refund. they told us to contact you. Which we did. Now Expedia says they contacted management at the hotel to refund our money because we did not stay there even one and we were charged for two nights. According to the email I received from Expedia the hotel refused to cancel the room charges, they told us Expedia has to cancel the charges, so we are getting the royal runaround. :( So we are extremely hesitant to stay at IHG again and to use Expedia.

They are remodeling and going about it ALL WRONG!! We had to breathe drywall dust the entire time! We got in late. I called ahead and the front desk girl never mentioned that you were remodeling. They are remodeling everywhere wherever they choose so your morning breakfast is full of gypsum.. lovely.. there’s cigarette butt’s everywhere outside, the room we stayed in smelled of offgass from the new paint, new caulking, new carpet.. not a good thing as you would know in a common sense thinking type of scenario. Don’t stay here unless you love to be around this. OH and when I asked about the pool over the phone, she said it was open.. well if you want just go take a look through the window! The pools not even covered and that’s where they are storing all the construction materials and cutting! Good luck cleaning it all up! That will take some serious labor.. never again will I ever stay here.. Word to the wise, AVOID!

We were traveling from Oregon to Arizona and stopped at this hotel to take a break. While the staff was friendly, the room was in poor condition. The carpet was dirty, the curtains were torn, and there were cobwebs on the walls. The hotel's website features misleading photos that don't reflect the actual state of the room. Unfortunately, due to spring break and limited availability at other nearby hotels, we had no choice but to stay. We ended up paying for a room that did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and quality, making it impossible to rest.

Construction underway in lobby and third floor. Noisy folks above us, walking and running. Room was adjacent to noisy I-5 and poorly insulated. Bed was aged and sagging in the center. Long past time to replace the mattress and possibly the box springs. Plumbing loose in the bathroom. And we paid more for this place than I ever have in Red Bluff. Total rip off.

Need to fix pool and hot tub as advertised

Room and hotel was fine. Did have some construction going on as they’re doing renovations. Only complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable

Hotel was under construction so lobby had a staging area for remodel materials. Pool was out of commission and was being used as storage for the renovations as well. Staff was very friendly and professional, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Sheets and bedding were good quality& pillows came in 2 types of firmness. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. Many choices at the breakfast provided with plenty of time to get food before they closed the kitchen. We will stay here again.

Easy check-in. Friendly staff. The room was spacious. So glad we stayed. There is a gas station next door and that was convenient.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations so I took a star off, but likely could add it back in when it is complete. Our room was clean and modern and typical for this type of property. We were on a road trip and came in late and left early, had a good night’s sleep. I can’t speak to the area around the hotel or dining options because of our brief stay, but would definitely stay here again.

The property was under construction and was not stated on the website at the time of booking The main lobby area floors had several missing floor tiles and it was very dirty! It was unsafe and we didn’t feel comfortable walking around the inside of the lobby area. Our bathroom towel rack was about to fall off the wall!

Comfortable and convenient, breakfast was very convenient

Breakfast was horrible. The first day most of the breakfast items were out of service (pancake machine, juice machine) found mold on one of the bagels. Found black hair on bathroom towels. Bathroom door lock was broken so it locked us out of the bathroom twice. Notified management through hotels.com and survey requesting call back and got no return call. This establishment clearly does not care about their clientele.
