Front desk staff very friendly and the breakfast is decent. The property is DIRTY. The renovations won't last long under this lack of maintenance. Carpets are gummy and sticky in the hallways and the tile floors in the rooms haven't been mop in ages. The elevator floors are filthy, and the chrome hasn't been clean in ages. The carpets in the stairwells haven't been vacuumed or cleaned since forever. I have never seen or heard a vacuum cleaner during any of my visits.

The hotel was very clean and staff was so friendly. Parking was great to with two entrances from the parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay with kids. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was convenient. Water took awhile to heat up but once it did it remained warm.

The condition of my room particularly the bathroom was poor. The shower was dirty and grimy and possibly molded. I couldn’t tell.

The smell of marijuana comes through bathroom vents and elevators at times. Toilets were not cleaned after previous guests… online it says sound proofed rooms but the traffic going by was noisy and hear people and kids stomping around and yelling.

The front desk told us we couldn't have our service dog and if we brought him in, we would be charged a $250 pet violation fee. It was probably a blessing we didn't stay because the hotel was run down, the elevators were broken, and the hotel seemed dirty. We left and drove an hour to stay elsewhere.

The staff were wonderful. They served hot grits for breakfast. In a food snob and am still thinking about those grits. The location was ok. My only real concern was the carpet felt damp/ sticky.

This property looked newly renovated. The breakfast bacon was crispy, which is just the way I like it. The traffic noise was louder than I’d like, but we turned the fan to blow constantly, and that helped tremendously.

Last time staying at this location. Property is in need of preventative maintenance; showers need addressing. One room the rust or whatever was present so we moved to another room only for the shower arm appear to be missing a gasket. Way to long for hot water;
Destiny is a keeper. Marcus is pretty good. Too bad room conditions takes away from their service excellence.

Everyone there was extremely nice and greeted you everytime you entered the lobby, my mom said the breakfast was good and hot! The beds were the most comfortable, I did not want to leave the bed. It’s not far from food and shopping, the property was nice and quiet. The location is by the hwy and there is a train near but it wasn’t too bad, I would definitely visit this property again.

Very rude staff. Had no rooms available for me at check in. People behind me were given a room. Front desk staff couldn’t give me a reason other than they overbooked the rooms. Very very inconvenient.
