It’s a bit far from Boston city center area, hotel needs some renovation and remodeling especially the carpets its too old and dirty

When I first tried to check in (45 minutes early to be fair) the guy at the desk hit some keys on the key board and said my room was not ready and that I had to wait. OK fine.. 2 minutes later a very friendly women got behind the desk and checked me in right away. She was great, the other guy just made it seem like a giant inconvenience to check me in.. The room smelled bad, like mold.

Walls and floors are paper thin that you can hear people talking and walking in the middle of the night. It will be nice if there is some sort of sound proofing, Otherwise the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Great breakfast choices and service. Gym facility is good, provided with disposable ear phone to listen and watch the news on your equipment, unfortunately, was not able to enjoy the SPA which is under renovation.

Quiet room requested for senior citizens.... But given 2nd floor room closest to two interstate entrances... So TOO NOISY...

The room is somewhat dated, but comfortable. Plenty of places to eat in the area amd a restaurant on site. Easy access to the highway. A decent stay

Property is conveniently located immediately off highway 95 and has a mall in front of it with everything you need. Staff on the front desk lacked customer service training, but everything else and even the cleaning crew were excellent. I would of given it a 5 star but front desk needs to bring up its customer service training.

Very comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast and lots to do around.

It’s a good hotel. We have no complaints. So far it’s being OK.

The upper floors are under construction so I make these next points realizing that likely had some effect, and wanted to make sure management was aware so they could work with their contractor(s) to help rectify: - water level in toilet was *surprisingly* high which I didn’t realize until needing to sit down on it and got a surprise being assigned as male at birth… -water pressure of sink was low, thankfully the showers’ was fine -sink vanity had come apart from the wall where had been previously caulked, it was not entirely level either as I discovered when leaning on the left nearest corner.

It was an amazing stay for my birthday, the staff was friendly, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The Chateau has amazing meals as well! We definitely will be back!

Good Welcoming and comfortable

Well, I really don’t know if you make questions about the same hotel over and over. I think the beginning. I told you that I like the hotel. But if I see something that I don’t like I will let you know in a comment, but if you already know that I like it, and I have no issues. That means that it’s fine for me, so I don’t see why I have to keep sending the same comments over and over. If I see something that I don’t like then I make sure that I feel out this Isis review.

Not clean

The beds were EXTREMELY too soft for my wife and I liking as we didn’t get a good night rest.
