Conveniently located close to the O'Hare airport and the hotel is nice condition

They locked me out of my room my 2nd of stay And all my towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

I like it is by the Mitsuwa store and it has plenty of parking space.

We had a cancelled flight and decided to get a hotel room. I chose this property because of the good reviews and free airport shuttle. The shuttle never came to the airport, like other hotel shuttles did. We ended up paying for a taxi ride. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful also.

- Front desk staff is excellent. - Bed mattress was too hard. Needs replacement. - Room lacked an upholstered chair. - Easy access to I-90, churches and shopping. - Breakfast menu is the gold standard (always delicious).

Great breakfast with options! Room was very clean. Nice bathroom with counter space. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and pillows too! Flooring throughout was clean and in good condition. Would definitely recommend !

While the property was very clean and the staff was friendly, there were a few of items that needed addressing. On the plus side, we loved that the bathroom products were Dove. We also appreciate the free parking, which is not a given in the Chicago area On the negative side, the security lock on the room door had been broken off, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Also the shower did not function correctly and needs the attention of a plumber. Some personal preference items that feel like they just didn't meet expectations for this chain were the toilet seat was very cheap and the mattresses were rather hard with no pillow top on top of steel frames that made noise as we moved.

This hotel is located my favorite Japanese grocery market. And rice is served for breakfast.

Nice place but workout gym closed with no notification. Prior to scheduled stay.

The hotel was easy to find. Parking was good. We were satisfied with our room. Didn’t use the amenities as we only stayed one night while we were visiting family and friends.

Because of it was late checking in about 11pm, stuff didn't make smile and looks like not happy. Room is clean and enough space for fitting three people. Breakfast was good with hot meal and rice with Miso soup. Gym was not available under renovation unfortunately this time but Mitsuwa Marketplace is close from this hotel and want to come back this hotel for future chance.
