Holiday Inn Express LODI, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast every day something was always out. Coffee, hot water and milk sorry we ran out. Pool was not heated. I was overcharged for my room. Manager said sorry everyone was new .

The staff was amazing - so professional, friendly and efficient. Mikela and Shay were the BEST!

Did not get respond about extra charges nor got my receipt

The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The bathroom faucet made a loud screeching noise when you turned it on there was a short in the bathroom light and on the bathtub The water kept dripping we had to keep going and pushing the knob and turning it so the water would stop dripping. This was in room 216. In room 212 couldn’t get the heater regulated just right it kept either getting too hot or way too cold

Quiet, but near everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was large. Very spacious rooms as well.

The staff was very helpful and quick during the check in process. The facility appears to be newer and very clean.

Our room had no running water ... sink tub and toilet had no running water. Advertised breakfast but did not offer any breakfast. We should get our money back.

Our stay was mixed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the lobby was clean and cheerful. However, the trip was planned for our kids to enjoy the pool, only to find it out of order and the hot tub removed a year ago. Breakfast was decent, but the pancake maker was broken, disappointing the kids again. Our room had cleanliness issues: dirt along the wall by the bed, garbage under the couch bed, and missing caulk around the tub, which left areas of dirt and slime. Being next to the elevator, we were also disturbed by a buzzing sound all night. While the staff were great, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness really impacted our experience.

Fairly new hotel, definitely recommend this hotel. Staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Convenient and close to downtown Lodi for restaurants and shopping. Especially for all the great wineries in surrounding area. They also have an indoor pool which is very relaxing.

The suite there was great! It was very large.
