Very clean hotel, helpful staff, convenient location, walkable to many tourist sites, standard free breakfast with good coffee, reasonable prices. It's basic but you're not in NYC to hang out in your hotel room.

The AC in the lobby was non existent but my room was all the cold I wanted. Staff was amazing and helpful. The location was in a good place for walking or catching the subway.

The room was very small. And the beds were full not queen sized. No frig or microwave. The carpet was so gross. Sticky and lefft black resadew on ur socks and feet. . But other than that, The staff was nice, and breakfast was ok, and in great location.

Shower leaked onto bathroom floor making it slippery
Awakened at 2:30 AM by fan in the AC unit excessively loud and stayed so for almost an hour finally quieted down.
Telephone did not work.
Only liquid soap.

The area was nice but there was mold and hair in the bathroom shower and which was very disappointing. Clearly not cleaned properly. Staff was great though.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was starting to show some wear. The dresser drawers in the room wouldn't stay closed & the A/C didn't cool very well.

Staff was good but lock on door did not work the entire stay. Very inconvenient!!! Work out room was set at 85 degrees which was way too warm. Revolving door in lobby was awful and didn’t work right. Breakfast was very good but had to fight for a table during peak time.

When we first arrived I was disappointed as there was scaffolding and hotel not up to date. However, the staff, waters on request, breakfast and walkability made our stay completely fabulous. I did have a little trouble with Expedia with pricing but did get it figured out. AND, the pub across the street is quite lovely if your feet have given out for the day!
