The place was great! You need to prepare for the resort fees additional on top when you get there.

The property was clean, however, staff that worked in the rooms and cleaned the hallways were always so loud. Several times they woke us up early with their loud talking. Not to mention construction in the building that we were not made aware of. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable I've experienced. The location was great and as mentioned it was clean.

Outside was not the best but once we stepped in the lobby, it was very nice. Room was clean and nice.

It was good but some of the staff weren't very friendly and lied about sending housekeeping

Great value

At the back entrance to Disney, Sherbeth Rd. Super convenient for Animal Kingdom. BUT when cast members get off work, this area is filled with TRAFFIC so just be aware of the times you travel the back way.

Very nice with a great pool

I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future, when we first got to our room there were stains on the sheets and towels so I had to go down to the front desk and ask them to change out our sheets, there was mold in the air vent of the A/C, I was staying with a child and the top part of the door that stops someone from coming in was completely broken off from the door so did not feel safe, called the front desk they said they would send a maintenance man to come fix and if he couldn’t they’d switch our rooms, maintenance never came waited up till 2 AM, so had to make a blockade for the door in case, when I went to the front desk in the morning to ask about this situation I was told we could not witch rooms because we already spent the night in the other one so we had to stay there, shower was not clean had gunk and hair in the drain and the hallway smelled horrible.

Pro: Free indoor playground for kids was a great bonus. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Cons: Appears to be recently renovated hotel - one of the elevator's doors did not open for five minutes. Further renovation would make the hotel even better.

Great amenities, had Chuck E. Cheese inside, car rental, 2 pools. Very clean room

The property was very nice and the check in was very quick. We had a nice view of the fireworks at night. We also enjoyed the pool.

Loved this property, it has a Starbucks inside, a mini store, pizzeria and a car rental spot. Super clean, pool was amazing! Staff were super welcoming. Loved everything about this hotel, would def stay here again

Great but the shuttle to the parks comes at odd times.

This was a Wyndham hotel and I guess Holiday Inn bought them out. But they renovated the hotel and it looks much nicer than what it was before. I don’t recommend staying on the first floor because you hear all the noise. Other than that, everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel is somewhat dated and the hall to the room was musty. The bathroom door need maintenence. But overall the Ac worked the staff were polite and the bed was comfortable.
