Phenomenal room and too notch staff!

Had to go thru a smoky area to get to our room. Room was good not smoky

I was complete disappointed in the service. Upon checking in there was no valet, no bell hops and no rolling carts. I asked at check in. I was given attitude and told well some customers don’t return them to the lobby. So I looked on every floor and hourly in order to find a cart with zero luck. Next morning the valet named Darryl open the room where the store the cart and it was completely filled with cart. He help me finally get my car unloaded. Approximately 16 hours after checking. The plants on brought a doors prizes looked died. I am part of the committee that was hosting the conference, and will suggest relocating the conference to another hotel.

Beds were very comfortable. Staff were nice. Lazy river was great. Only complaint was housekeeping. Never came to room. Finally put my trash in hallway. Room needs update. Lamp switch had sticky residence and discoloration.

Was a short stop heading toward our destination.

So many things to write that there probably are not adequate character limits. To begin with, we arrived at the hotel at approximately 245PM on Sunday, 4/13/25, and there were two ladies checking in two guests. In the middle of the check-in, the 2 staff members who were checking in guests got their purses and just left the two guests standing there without completing their check-in. At this point there were probably 10 more people in line waiting to check in who were just standing there in line with no one from the hotel behind the counter at the check-in desk. This lasted for approximately 20 minutes before a young man named Chris showed up asked where the other two ladies had gone. When they told him what had happened, he just shook his head, as he was in as much disbelief as everyone else who was just standing there in line with no one to check them in. The hotel room, guest bathrooms, and casino are in dire need of updating or a complete renovation, as it seems like nothing has been touched over the last 30 years. Casino did not even have enough dealers to open an entire craps table, and the hotel and room was so entrenched in the smell of smoke that everything in our suitcases had to be washed to get rid of the smell. The only good thing is Bogart's Bistro. The food there was probably a 4 out of 5 for what we ordered, but this is not enough to create the desire to come back to Hollywood Casino and Hotel.

Would not stay here again. Rooms were filthy and both rooms had roaches. Front desk was notified and acted as if I was an inconvenience to them.

The customer service was very good, friendly & helpful. However our first room was not as clean as expected the bathtub tile needs some attention it appeared to have mold, We were move to another room it was much cleaner but, the drawers would not stay closed needless to say we didn't move, I told them about the drawers when we checked out. All in all we did enjoy our stay.

Staff was not helpful. Didn’t provide any information such as WiFi password. Just checked you in that was it.

Great room and hotel

Employees were rude and not helpful. My door key lock batteries dead I could not get back in my room at 1am, I went to the front desk they made me a new key, 3 different times before they finally agreed to call maintenance to come let us in stated "batteries must be dead" no one replaced the battery but maintenance did let us in the room. Tried to take a bath, the water was YELLOW! Asked for a cart to get our luggage, was told she did not know if they had them, and point outside told me to ask valet. A cart had been sitting by the front desk when I checked in and passed the desk the entire time we had been staying there previously. Won't be staying here again.

The hotel was fine for the price.

Everyone was so helpful and courteous

The hotel was great. People were friendly. However, at check out there was over $100 of food charges to our room. We didn’t eat at the hotel at all and actually was only in the building at night to sleep. The lady at check out couldn’t take the charges off and promised we would hear from someone soon. As of 12 hours after checking out we have not heard from them at all. This makes me sad because the place was nice but I won’t stay there on our next trip back if this is t resolved quickly. Just a heads up to check your bill closely.

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. Extremely clean. It was a wonderful experience.

The place reeked of carpet cleaner and cigarettes.
