Great stay! Rooms are clean and staff is great

We have roomed here on several occasions and have always been more than pleased. The cafeteria was completely done over since we there last. The food is freshly prepared and kept at safe temperatures for serving. The dining area is clean and set up to privide a homey feel. Food was delicious and of quality equal or above to a sit down restaurant. Staff members were very pleasant and greeted us in an almost sing song way. The rooms were immaculate and I found the mattress very comfortable, I had no problems getting comfortable and sleeping through the night. The bathroom matched the room in cleanliness and they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash gel. greeted warmlly

Danny at the front desk was excellent! Kind courteous and helpful are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room is huge. Staff is very friendly. Great customer service. Breakfast is really good. Lots of options. This hotel is in a good clean area close to the Arundel mall. The mall has so many options and great shopping.

The park nearby is charming. Conveniently located near shopping and entertainment.

Absolutely Amazing Stay A True Home Away From Home! From the moment we arrived at Home2 Suites by Hilton Arundel Mills/BWI Airport, we were welcomed like family. The manager and her team went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every single staff member from the front desk to housekeeping, the maintenance crew, and even the friendly pool guy greeted us with genuine smiles and were always ready to help. One moment that really stood out was breakfast. We came down a bit late and thought we had missed it, but the manager and her team didn't let anyone go hungry. They made sure our family – and several other guests – were fed and comfortable. It truly showed the heart of the staff and their commitment to hospitality. The rooms were clean and cozy, the amenities were great, and the entire hotel had a welcoming vibe. But it was the people who made the difference. If you’re looking for a place where the team truly cares about your stay, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We’ll definitely be back!

1. My bed had hair on a pillow case and top of bed! 2. There was a brown stain, on side of bed where one would sit! LIVID 3. Waited 15 before the sheets were changed! I was tired and that held me up from laying down. 4. Ice machine my floor didn’t work! 5. There was NO complimentary water in the room like normally. 6. Suggestion: have house keeping wear an actual uniform; 4 women came to my room in regular clothes holding sheets. It was super unprofessional! - because of this, I will not stay here again Other than the sheets, the area was clean and quiet

I never get the urge to Leave reviews good or bad but this property and staff were absolutely outstanding , accommodating & professional i LITERALLY cannot wait to come back from the head of the fish down the General Manager , Front Desk , even morning front desk everyone gave a stellar performance my next stay will be very soon thank you to everyone who made my stay wonderful ❤️ my kids had a complete blast here and LOVED breakfast .

One of the best hotels I've been to in a while. Extremely clean, breakfast was amazing, so many options. The only issue was the pool being too small and some wifi issues. My daughter wanted to visit the pool every couple hours and whenever we go there were a ton of people crowding the pool being extremely loud. Anyway I will return again. The rooms were super clean which I was really impressed with.
