So clean! Comfy, and huge!!

Convenient location for why I was in the area.

I Love staying at this Hotel.

There was water damage in the bathroom. Rating isnt based on this, because while i understand alarms need testing, it should be atleast given as a heads up if they will happen during your stay.

Breakfast disappointing.

New, clean, resonably priced and conveniently located to Cincinnati Open. Will stay here again.

It is a newer property. It looked fine. However our room did not have a lampshade on the lamp next to a bed. The bathroom shower was not as clean as one would expect on a newer property.

The hotel is quiet. Our room was clean and the entire hotel was clean.

Stayed twice. First time was great, clean room, second time, not so clean, probably just the room.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. TV stations were difficult to figure out. Breakfast was not fresh.

the full stay was okay, just some minor inconveniences. the room was clean overall but there was scuff marks and old food stains on the walls throughout the room, it wasn’t noticeable at first but it was seen more as you actually looked at things. the front desk said they didn’t know what syrup was and looked at me like i had three heads when i told them they needed more at the breakfast station because there was none. there was a traveling kids hockey team so breakfast items did go pretty quickly which was fine, just the reasoning behind the syrup being empty. other than that the beds were comfy, water pressure and temp were awesome for the shower, breakfast was delicious, the kitchenette was perfect, would definitely stay again if ever traveled near by. i will say i dont know if it was the manager but someone came out of the office behind the front desk and gave me attitude while telling me i needed to find house keeping for when i needed more towels not the front desk. so not sure if there’s a separate desk for that but we aren’t fans of strangers being in put room while we were gone so we just asked for them prior to us leaving for the day.

The staff was kind. The breakfast was god awful. The dishes in our suite were dirty. They had only one large luggage cart - with a flat tire. The outdoor furniture cyshiobs need to be thrown away. It’s a very nice hotel that isn’t really being maintained well.

Great place for a stopover. Very helpful staff

There were not many restaurants close by and the staff could not give many dining ideas. We did not like the pillows.
