The staff was kind, the beds comfy, and sheets are soft. But the room needed a refresh. There were things broken but not fixed, or fixed quickly and not done well. Holes weee in the walls and had not been patched.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The property is a great location with the outlet malls, thanksgiving point, and Timpanogos cave hike close by.
The property was OK. Per the description I reserved a queen bed suite with a pullout couch. When we checked-in I realized that was not the case. Only the king suites have pullout couches. I asked if we could get a cot and was told no because the queen rooms are too small to add those. I had to go to a sporting goods store and buy a sleeping mat and sleeping bag.
The other issue was parts of their parking lot get hit by sprinklers. I was unaware of this and found hard water stains on my car in the morning.

The hotel has seen better days, obviouslyhad had heavy use. Our room was ok. Bed is fairly hard and the bathroom needs a coat of paint and some repairs.
There are no options other than regulartvin satellit. No option for netflicks or other platforms. Breakfast was standard fair. Greek restaurantand Starbucks within easy walking distance Great Location to outlet mall, theater, and Ashton gardens. We didn't use for a business visit. Looks like it has a nice gym and average pool.

Overall nice, but felt like a bait and switch. The lobby is all remodeled new and nice as well as the exterior of building, but once you got up to the rooms it was an old hotel that had been remodeled 15 years ago.
