The hotel was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. But they are doing construction next door that started at 5:30 am was told at the check in it wasn't to start till 7am

Staff was helpful with walking directions, valet parking , and friendly attitude.

Wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Check-in was quick and easy. Quiet, spacious room. Wonderful breakfast. Quick, efficient checkout.

They didn’t tell us it was $45 to park at the hotel. Everyday was an additional $45

The front desk staff, particularly the young woman on duty in the afternoon/evening were excellent - friendly, responsive, helpful. I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom accessible. I had hoped there would be a walk-in shower, but I was able to navigate the tub with the grab bars and did not feel unsafe. The ice machine on the 5th floor had not been serviced, according to the lab Leon the canister, since mid-2024 and did not make ice. When I arrived the TV didn’t work because, it turns out, the remote’s batteries were dying. I was too weary to ask the front desk to get that fixed but the following day, the same woman who welcomed me so cheerfully got maintenance to fix the remote while I was at dinner. The complimentary breakfast was just OK, but the coffee was good. The first 3 nights I was there, my floor was quiet, but some of the guests were inconsiderate after 11 PM on my last night. I had to find a TV station to play to drown out the noise that was dull enough to put me to sleep. The location was convenient for me. For a hotel designed to serve the guest who doesn’t want to have to rob a bank to say there, this Home 2 Suites (Vanderbilt) was fine.

The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was very clean and in a great location.

I like the property but what I didn’t like this time is when we made it there on Monday 6/16/25 , the television wasn’t working in ANY of the rooms and didnt start back working until about 1:30pm on 6/17/25. I was told the reason they couldn’t accommodate us for the problem was because we booked through EXPEDIA.

Firetrucks occupied entryway for 2 hours, no tv for three days.

Awesome location! Perfect for a girls weekend trip! Broadway was in walking distance but we did mainly uber there. The room was clean and comfy! Will definitely stay there again!

They only had one of two elevators working and that one was very slow. In addition, parking with them is almost as expensive as the room itself.

Nice hotel, easy check-in process, and a great location. My boyfriend and I felt very safe and it was easily walkable to the downtown area. Nice, relaxing stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted with a hello when we entered the building.

The young man at the front desk said hed call me when room was ready but never did. It was very loud with traffic which i know the hotel has no control over. Surprised to have microfiber sheets. Im a frequent hilton customer (honors) and always have cotton. I was not impressed with that at all.
